Metaphysics is the attempt to say what reality is. Cosmology or how we think the most real things have come into being and ontology the study of what is. To me what is real the things you can touch, smell, see etc., but you also have things that you can’t see that is real. For example God is real; people believe that the earth is flat etc. We can’t see these things but we believe they are real. The physical, spiritual and psychological worlds are in twine with each other. First of all physical worlds known to humans through their five senses are complemented by the spiritual world or simply spirit world. This is not an imagination but a complete real environment for the human spirit. The spirit world is a separate existence but it interface with the physical world. The humanity aspect of the spiritual world causes a dysfunctional aspect to the psychological impact of the human nature. There are many people who are distant from God and unaware of their conscious evolution to the spirit world and how it operates because of the physical being that is temporarily in this world and so they are not prepare for the spiritual world which is eternity. To me a soul is real but as far as the soul living outside the body no one knows for sure. Some people believe in a soul and some may not. I believe people have free will and our fate is determined by the choices that we make. For example you can choose to go to school and get an education or you don’t have to go and get one, the choice is up to you.
I believe that things can be known but it’s the understanding or grasp the essence of what is known that is the difficult part. Nobody has capability of grasping knowledge and there is so much to be known that it is impossible for us to know…...

...Conclusion response to questionnaire I think the reason that only 50% said they do eat their 5 a day and 50% said that they don’t is because there are so many cheaper and easier alternatives to eat which aren’t healthy and some people may think that those unhealthy foods taste better. Not surprising that everyone knew what 5 a day was because it does get spoken and mentioned a lot by different people for example in schools. Furthermore 50% of students also said they eat unhealthy food and 50% don’t, this was a surprising outcome as I expected more to be on the unhealthy side. Similarly, lots of people said that they add extra salt on their food, however there are so many health risks especially with salt that not many teenagers now about. Another question I asked was if people eat more chocolate than they do fruit, 5 people said they do eat more chocolate and 1 person said no, this is the result I expected at the start as there are so many unhealthier options which to some people to taste better and are promoted/advertised alot more than fruit and vegetables. For more people to eat more fruit and vegetables I think they need to know the health risks that these unhealthy foods cause as they are packed with salt, fat , sugar, which are things we should cut down on. It should also be more advertise in places and on TV as more people will see it, rather than unhealthy foods always on advertisements.
