In order for an organization to thrive, the organization needs the right people to be place in the right form of jobs. Motivation level within the organization is set for the employees. Therefore, the company's goals are set amongst the managers in order for the company to be productive. The widgets that are product by the company has to be checked by management so that defects are made and are produced with low cost. If an error is made this will decrease the employees motivations as well as teamwork. Within this paper it will show how a well organizational motivation plan will make teamwork work for the company's common goal.

Organization Motivation Plan

My organization plan will help set a strong balance for the employees in order to support the common goal for the company. When setting this plan into effect, one must understand the foundation of the word team. According to our text book team is define as a group of people holding themselves collectively accountable for using complementary skills to achieve a common purpose (schermerhorn, 2012, pg 147). With this information I will pull together my employees in order for my company to make sure that our widget “WooWoo” be a success. My company is based upon 50 employees which include five departments: sales, assembly, technology, and administration. Each department has there own section of the widget to make sure that the product will be productive in the manor of which the company is seeking. All ideals of the workers will be pulled together in their own department. Each department will weed out

Masters are those who have highly specialized tasks including Sound, Light, Backstage and etc. Stage crews are general crews who work on the stage organizing the cables and preparing tools for the show. Marketing crews are those who are in charge of selling the show tickets and advertising the show. This team is both formal group and project team being supported by the organization, Taylor’s college in Subang Jaya. This team is supposed to be disbanded after the main show. Teamwork the classroom. One of the important aspects of nursing is teamwork. The Quality and Safety Education for Nurses define teamwork as “functioning effectively within nursing and inter-professional teams, fostering open communication, mutual respect, and shared decision making to achieve quality patient care” (Anunciado, 2014, p.140). Two examples of teamwork were showcased during my rotation in the heart catheterization laboratory and as a team leader on the Neurosurgery/Neurology floor. In the catheterization lab the healthcare team involved in each procedure included the doctor, registered nurse first assistant or technician, the circulating nurse, and the monitor. Those not involved with the procedure remained in the observation area with the monitor. Even though these staff members were not actively working on the patient they still observed and informed the monitor of things he/she missed. On that day the schedule contained five patients, the nurses and technicians rotated positions for each procedure while staying within their scope of practice. This allowed for each person a chance to have a break during different times of the day and relief from possible burn out in their position. Members of the team also stated that rotating positions in this area allowed for everyone to learn more about the procedures and decrease the occurrence of being short staffed at any given time. It is often said the difference between a group and a team is that a team shares a common goal (Davis, p. 309). I believe that our team effectiveness can be measured by looking at how we approached assignments and course objectives.
