A nursing assessment of a family is the basis of nursing interventions. Stanhope and Lancaster (2008) state, “By using a systematic process, family problem areas are identified and family strengths are emphasized as the building blocks for interventions and to facilitate family resiliency (p. 567). The following paragraphs will describe a typical family. The family consists of a mother, a father, a 10 year old daughter, and a six year old son. The family chosen was interviewed individually and as a family.
This family consists of SM, CM, daughter EM, and son DM. The family lives in a three bedroom brick house, with three entrances, nine steps to enter the front of their home, 8 steps to enter from the garage and four steps to enter the back door. The back yard is fences with a four foot wood privacy fence. Their home is in a quiet neighborhood with an elementary school across the street where DM attends. Mom can watch DM play on the play ground at school from their back deck. Their daughter, EM, attends middle school. The family’s neighbors are all young couples with ten children ranging from age four to thirteen. Their mortgage is $998.00/month. They have city water and sewage. They gas heat, gas logs and a heat pump. Their house is kept clean and well maintained since CM only works part-time at a local physician’s office. CM’s, part-time position allows her to stay home when the children are ill or school is out. When you walk in the front entrance it is a split level home. You can either go up six steps up to the bedrooms or walk straight in to the main level or go down eight steps to the garage and down eight steps to the basement. On the main level you enter the great room which is carpeted floors and consists of a couch, love seat, and an oversized chair, television and fire place. Connected to the great room is their dining room and kitchen…...

...court is required to take into account but she refers specifically to the s.13(6) conditions. The single gateway argument is, however, unattractive. First, and most importantly, it would lead to deeply unsatisfactory and unjust results. If a beneficiary with an interest in possession is not enjoying the trust property in specie, she should be entitled to an income from it in appropriate circumstances. Secondly, the equitable accounting principles have not been expressly abolished by TLATA. The preamble to TLATA looks to “amend” some areas of the law24 and “abolish” others,25 but there is no mention of equitable accounting. Lastly, this is not the approach that the courts have adopted. In Rahnema v Rahbari it was accepted as common ground that ss.12 and 13 did not apply (because the property had been bought as an investment rather than for owner occupation) and Thomas Ivory Q.C. approached the case on the basis that an occupation rent would be payable when “necessary to do broad justice and equity”.26 Similarly, in French v Barcham, a bankruptcy case, Blackburne J. turned to the principles of equitable accounting to decide if an occupation rent should be payable, and said that the district judge had been “ … wrong to find that because Mr Barcham's trustee could not establish an entitlement to compensation under section 13(6) his *CONVPL 385 application to be credited with an occupation rent necessarily failed.”27 There remains, however, the difficult wording in s.14. Even......

Baka Sakali

Maganda, maputi, matangkad, simple,at mabait.

You are a prominent archaeologist who has just been summoned to a dig site because your colleagues have made a unique discovery: a time capsule from the 1960s that was buried long ago. Very carefully, you and your colleagues unearth and open this time capsule. Inside the time capsule you find five items that define the era of the 1960s. For this Assignment write a brief paper that covers the following: 1. Describe each of the five items you have found. 2. Explain why each of these is especially important in defining the era of the 1960s. 3. Based upon these items you have found, conclude your paper with a solid paragraph that explains one major lesson that you have learned from the 1960s. Hint: The objects you find in your time capsule do not necessarily have to be material items, but can also be events, trends, fads, etc. For example, your time capsule may contain assassinations, the Vietnam War, or the women’s movement. Also, feel free to be creative with the types of items that you find.
