In 2004, Friends was originally created as a coffee shop at Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico. It remained in that location for quite few years, but then Chef Gabriel Ernesto decided that Friends could be expanded and offers to his clients what his artistic culinary vibe was all about. He moved Friends to Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, where the restaurant is currently located. Under an artistic ambiance, color & fun decoration, Friends is now a restaurant that provides you with a combined experience of sophisticated and eclectic food, maintaining an avant-garde style. Friends combine the Puerto Rican cuisine with Asian accents bringing together a perfect twist and harmony of global colors and flavors. Under one of Chef Gabriel Ernesto's favorite quotes "Vive, Impresiona y Ama" (Live, Impress & Love) the door of Friends are open to welcome you and keep it real on what a gastronomical experience should be.
