ESE 315 Week 5 A DIVERSITY PRESCHOOL LESSON PLAN,
MISSION STATEMENT
PRESCHOOL EDUCATOR POVIDES EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL CHILDREN,FAMILIES AND STAFF. We believe that every second in a the preschool classroom is an opportunity to further our program mission and goals. Each conversation, the nutrition meal we serve, the unique decor of the classroom, the books we read, all impact the development of the whole child. Our teachers work sympathetically to present the greatest opportunity for social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development at all times. Each child is cherished and guided to reach their full potential during their time with us. As each child journey through preschool they will, learn through play. With a decent teacher, he/she can observe children’s play, engage children in play, and extend learning through play. We will focus on interaction, observation, experimentation, and active exploration of real objects and relationships in the environment because children have an important role in development of an emergent curriculum based on their interests and needs. With this in progress they will be able to do new things and will always be encouraged to work at their own pace and work on an activity for as long as they choose. We highly recommend that all parents support their child’s ability to choose what they need to do within the environment at any given time. In conclusion we should always remember that children’s play is their work. Their work is taken seriously and respected by teachers and peers at this facility.

...A++PAPER;http://www.homeworkproviders.com/shop/ese-315-week-5-journal-position-statement/ ESE 315 WEEK 5 JOURNAL POSITION STATEMENT ESE 315 Week 5 Journal Position Statement, As I read the statement in “Early Childhood Inclusion: A Summary”, I came up with the conclusion of what the creation of a sense of belonging and membership, positive relationships and reaching full potential means when working with all young children and families. First, I would make sure that my classroom environment accommodates all my students and the parents feel comfortable with their child in the environment also. Throughout my teaching career and working with all children and families I have discovered that the best therapy a child can have is from their peers, therefore making the classroom environment as confident and warm as possible has always been a key and success for me. I have always had a classroom where all kids were included and this made all my students more peaceful and kind to one another and vey proud in their work and others as well. Since, I have been thinking of different ways of creating environments, seeing children’s strengths, abilities, and communicating with families during this class, I am going to briefly discuss two things I plan to implant in my professional experience. First, I would have a discussion with my supervisor and staff to come together to help enforce more universal design learning our facility. UDL is As I read the statement in “Early......

I have always considered all children to having a chance at education with or without a disability but I have learned through this course if children with learning disabilities had the equipment and proper accommodations they will have the same chance and great opportunity in education as anyone else. The new understandings I have considered in terms of knowledge about learning differences are everyone, especially children, learns differently regardless of a disability but if the child has a disability we as teachers and parents have to accommodate to their needs of learning. For example, a normal child may not comprehend the lesson unit by me elaborating on it speaking orally they may understand it better in an outline. A child with a disability may need the same but a little more, I may have to place their work on picture cards or let them listen to audio and most of all of the lesson unit written down to a similar pattern of my normal unit lesson plan.
